Each meat product is vaccum sealed in a high quality package and will be frozen upon delivery.

After your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm a day and time for drop off for the following Thursday. You don't have to be home at that time, but we do request that you leave a cooler at the drop site so that all products will remain frozen

We carry all our live animals to local butchers that are USDA inspected facilities. This allows us to comply with all local and federal laws and makes sure that you get the highest quality product from start to finish.

Yes! We wash all of our eggs with a natural enzyme solution that helps to break down any dirt or grime on the outside of the shell. Each 1 dozen eggs is placed into a new carton and refrigerated. This allows us to comply with all local and state laws for the sale of eggs.

The key to our operation is the daily rotation of animals that are supplemented with a high quality, non-gmo feed. We believe that animals were meant to move and being on fresh pasture helps to prevent sickness. Better health for the animals means more nutrient dense food for you and better stewardship of the earth.
